Shipping & Return Policy
We offer free USPS ground shipping on all orders in the Continental US.
- We will always try to ship within 1-2 business days, but it could take up to 3-5 business days from receipt of your order. Due to the fact that we are fairly new in business, please bear with us as we grow – and know that our plan is to always exceed your expectations!
- We ship to all 50 US States, all US territories and US Military addresses. In the near future, we will add International shipping as well.
- When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation via email.
- When we ship, you will receive an alert with the tracking number for your reference. We suggest you start tracking the shipment the following morning after the alert.
- All orders will be shipped via USPS – United States Post Office.
- Risk of Loss – all items purchased from the Meow Mini Mart are considered delivered to the buyer/recipient upon delivery to the carrier (USPS).
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please notify us via email within 7 days of receipt. Should you want to return your purchase, the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. Some exclusions apply - please see below.
We always stand behind our collections and if there is an error on our part, we will always issue you a return authorization. In that case we will send you a shipping label with the return authorization number via email to return the item back to us with a tracking number.
The item must be shipped and have a postmarked date within 14 days of receipt of order. Once received, we will issue the refund for the returned item.
The following items cannot be returned for exchange or refund for the following reasons:
Fashion Accessories - since they are worn directly around the neck or around the body, they are considered an intimate pet apparel item. Due to the contagious nature of certain animal ailments, we would not be able to restock the returned item to be sold as “never worn” due to health and hygiene reasons. We feel that our pet parents expect to purchase an item that is pristine and never tried on by another pet.
Open Containers of Wellness items – for health and hygiene reasons.
Open containers of Catnip – if your cat is one of the 15 – 20% of cats who do not respond to catnip – it is not a valid reason for return. If your cat does not flip out for catnip in general, this product is not intended to convince them otherwise. For cats who need and respond to the ‘nip, they will love our catnip items.
Sale, Off-Price & Seasonal Items:
